The legal status of a
Golden Nations Council
A Golden Nation Council (GNC) is formed after a country has signed its Sovereign Partnership Agreement with the Kingdom of Banten Nusantara. It is a prerequisite condition that the recipient country must conduct its due diligence on the offer as well as all the people involved. They must use the authority given to them to verify the funds already available to serve their needs.
As a first step, a country receives a formal offer and invitation to study its individualized Country Package. This Package, amongst other information, conveys the history of the SRP, Proof of Funds (with an invitation to verify through their own Central Bank by a banker with suitable security clearance), and lists the 12 Steps to Freedom.
Several countries have already completed these steps. The source of funds and the people involved have been scrutinized by every prominent Secret Service, State Security Agency, and Criminal Investigation Bureau. The source of funds have been verified repeatedly over the past years, and confirmed by hundreds of major banks where the cash reserves are being held.
The Golden World Council (GWC) is responsible for establishing the seven Golden Continent Councils that will establish 224 Golden Nation Councils (GNC) worldwide. They will be established after a country has signed its Sovereign Partnership Agreement (SPA) with the Kingdom of Banten Nusantara.
