It is important to engage in constant and effective promotion and publicity to demonstrate to other communities and nations the reasons for and benefits of entering into a Sovereign Partnership Agreement. A primary benefit is that people should benefit from the prosperity activities and the upholding of human rights and freedom as soon as possible. Meribah will continuously monitor and analyze the outcomes of all work processes. It will guide and advise the councilors of a GNC with clear recommendations to (proactively) apply remedial action (where and when required) to reach their own predetermined goals in the shortest possible time.

Every project will start with a comprehensive Strategic, Tactical Operational Plan (STOP) which lays the foundation for the Customized Decision Support System and all its specialist decision instruments.
Since the STOP prepares all projects for the Customized Decisions Support System (CDSS) that will be provided through the Meribah Systems (comprising methodology, technology & strategy), it ensures all projects will be successfully completed and run sustainably. Opportunities for corruption and occurrences of inefficiencies leading to waste of resources and time are relentlessly minimized.
