SOVEREIGN ROYAL PORTFOLIO (SRP)​

The Sovereign Royal Portfolio (SRP) has a solemn commitment to use its assets for the benefit of all human beings and other living souls and to protect the diverse natural resources required by all mortals to live an abundant life.

Short Historic Overview 

During World War Two (WWII), the SRP was positioned to become the post-WWII underwriter to the 137 Countries with their currency. In 1946, the world authorities used the underwriting mandate of the Marshall Plan to empower the World Bank and the IMF by using the SRP assets.

Therefore, even today, the SRP is still the Guarantor of the Sovereign Debt for each of these countries and consequently holds the interest payments collected by the IMF and the World Bank in warehouses throughout Southeast Asia.   

It means the SRP relationship with each Country must start with a Sovereign Partnership Agreement (SPA) Treaty. This treaty will create a legal framework in international law to use the funds of the SRP.

The Significance of a Sovereign Partnership Agreement (SPA)

 This is a Treaty between two sovereign states that allows:

• The SRP to write off a country's total Foreign Debt by the proverbial stroke of a pen.  
• The SRP can underwrite 100% of a country's Master Development Plan without incurring Foreign Debt, and commit to reciprocal trade agreements or penalties if they default.

The goal is to create an underwriting framework that, once started, can essentially continue on a fully automated basis without interruption or bureaucratic delays.

Treaties with nations and traditional Kingdoms normally include a Quid Pro Quo involving their national resources. The implementation of the   Abundanomics Principles does not require the purchase of land, minerals, infrastructure, or shares. These could be seen as a threat to State Sovereignty.

The purpose of the SPA is to show transparency and accountability. Once the protocols and procedures are established, the SRP will not approve projects directly. Each country will have its own Responsible Principal Fiduciary Firm that will release funds as required on advice of the local GNC. 

The role of Meribah 

The wealth of the SRP, irrespective of its magnitude, is sterile as it cannot reproduce by itself. Gold and silver are impotent, as, on their own, they will achieve nothing unless they are productively used, fused with human ingenuity, perseverance, and integrity.

Currently the World Economic System is based on debt. Money is created out of nothing. That which is nothing (digital numbers) are loaned against hard assets. Repayment is demanded from fruits of labor (from the sweat of the brow) which is real and tangible and because it is productive, it carries some value. Debt is like a famished dragon that constantly need fresh blood to suck. Without debt and the continuous creation of more debt, the Debt-based Economy Model will fail.

If all debt had to be repaid the financial system will implode – it will starve to death. That is why the perception of scarcity must be upheld at all costs so that people want to embrace debt to get more of the "scarce" goods that carries the perception of being more valuable than more plentiful goods.

Contrary to the above is the concept of ABUNDANOMICS where scarcity does not exist because there is no real scarcity (except in extraordinary cases). There is an abundance of everything. Value perceptions are not based on scarcity anymore but on utility. Something that is useful to others have more value than something that is very scarce, yet others have no use for it.

Abundanomics brings a paradigm shift to how value is perceived because scarcity is not part of the equation anymore. Because of the SRP, money is in abundance, benefits are numerous such as free quality education and comprehensive and free health benefits of high standard. 

However people will still work to produce something of value and to lead a fulfilled life otherwise another kind of poverty will be experienced - a poverty of soul but also a rejection by society as a useless human being - as a scrounger, with nothing to offer his/her neighbor.
