These are projects by both commercial and not-for-profit enterprises, but they are community directed for delivering specific benefits to communities - they could also be called Public Benefit Organizations

They are treated the same as a commercial project and fall under the same rules for sustainability as commercial projects.

We help those who need the help of others to help themselves. Very few people are totally helpless. These helpless people are served by Caleb Social Warriors to get them to a point where they are not helpless anymore. There are people who cannot help themselves anymore and we treat them with the dignity and compassion they deserve.
