Trade unions 

The era for trade unions is gone. 
Unless they transform themselves they will have no reason for existence.
The traditional and customary negative withholding of labor is fast losing the power it had.

We propose a transformation for trade unions that will assure representatives of labor a respectful seat at the boardroom table.
