Each
participating nation will be assisted to establish a Golden Nation Council
(GNC) - Articles 5 & 6 of the Sovereign Partnership Agreement (SPA) -
with appointed councillors having specific functions and operating as
visionary leaders in a balanced team

Councillors
require training and guidance to understand the philosophy and goals of the SRP. They need to successfully apply the instruments that
have been created to assist them with sound decision-making for reaching
their goals in line with the SRP policy

The
appointed Councillors must have the right personality, experience,
background, and skillset as they will be appointed on merit from a pool of
eligible candidates

The
performance of Councillors will be continuously monitored to evaluate the
outcomes of their decisions for the sake of continuous guidance through a
Customized Decision Support System (CDSS) developing them into effective and
efficient transformation leaders

The
CDSS unlocks the true potential of
individuals working in diverse environments such as governments,
businesses, or institutions. It leads to the shortest route for delivering
benefits to humankind. The CDSS will be available and compulsory to all projects funded
by the SRP
